2.   PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

As Data collector, we will utilize your personal information for several Service Purposes such as:

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The article art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR specify the various steps involved in handling your private information, which include collecting, recording, organizing, storing, consulting, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, canceling, and destroying data.

Both electronic and paper processing methods are used to process your personal data, and the company Serverplan Srl – Via G. Leopardi, 22 – 03043 Cassino FR – P.IVA: 02495250603 manages the servers hosting the website.

The Data Controller will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned objectives and for no more than 10 years after the end of the Service Purposes relationship and no more than 5 years after collecting the data for the Other Purposes.

SECURITY

By the Privacy Code article 24 lett. a), b), d) and GDPR Article 6 lett. b) and c), the Data Controller will not communicate your data without your express consent, except for the purposes stated in art. 2.A). If necessary by law, the Data Controller may communicate your data to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, and other obligated subjects for fulfilling the purposes as mentioned above.

The Owner undertakes to protect the security of personal data by adopting all the necessary computer and physical measures to protect the personal data provided. No security system guarantees this protection with absolute certainty; therefore, except in cases of liability for negligence, the Owner is not responsible for the fact made by third parties who illegally access the systems without the necessary authorizations.

TYPE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND

The requirement of data for Article 2. A) is mandatory. In their absence, we cannot guarantee you either registration to the Site or the Services of art. 2. A).
